[Remote] Sales Development Rep (SDR)

They are seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to reputed company pipeline reputed company and expand their reputed company in K-12 education by identifying potential customers and setting up meetings for Account Executives.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage key decision-makers in school districts through outbound calls, emails, and reputed company media reputed company
• Set up high-value meetings for Account Executives
• Work closely with sales leadership to refine messaging, improve reputed company strategies, and optimize conversion rates
• Maintain and update CRM records to reputed company pipeline and performance metrics
• reputed company a deep understanding of reputed company’s products and how they solve key challenges in education
• Collaborate with marketing to improve reputed company reputed company efforts and reputed company campaigns

Skills

• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Highly ambitious, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable engaging with school and district leaders
• Resilient and adaptable—reputed company to reputed company in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment
• Self-starter with a passion for sales and the ability to execute outbound prospecting strategies
• Ability to learn quickly and implement feedback to improve performance
• Previous experience in education (i.e. teachers, district administrators, etc.) is a plus but not required
