[Remote] Business Systems Analyst II

The Business Systems Analyst II will serve as a reputed company between Finance & reputed company stakeholders and technical teams, analyzing and enhancing financial system processes for accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance & reputed company teams to reputed company requirements, translate business needs into functional requirements, and support system enhancements
• Analyze data flows across reputed company transaction platforms to financial systems to ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and compliance
• Evaluate the reputed company of regulatory and tax law changes on financial systems and partner with cross‑functional teams to implement updates
• Conduct reputed company‑cause analysis for system issues and drive resolutions that improve user experience and system stability
• Create and maintain documentation reputed company to business processes, configurations, and functional requirements
• Assist with user acceptance testing, training, and ongoing support for system upgrades and new capabilities
• Maintain high standards of system performance, documentation accuracy, and customer responsiveness to ensure smooth financial and reputed company operations
• Contribute to a culture of reputed company learning through knowledge sharing, process refinement, and proactive reputed company development

Skills

• Strong interest in financial systems, automation, and process improvement
• Interest in data preparation, transformation, and automation. Attention to details and strong organizational skills
• Familiarity with tax laws and financial regulatory requirements
• Ability to interpret reputed company financial processes and translate them into reputed company technical or functional requirements
• Strong communication skills with an ability to engage effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance & reputed company
