[Remote] Sales Manager

They are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will lead the sales process, manage a sales team, and drive reputed company through improved sales strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve the sales process to increase reputed company rates and reputed company
• Lead daily sales meetings and manage inbound lead reputed company
• Recruit, reputed company, train, and manage sales reps
• Set reputed company performance standards and hold reputed company accountable
• Identify and resolve sales bottlenecks, including stepping in to reputed company high-potential opportunities
• Review sales calls, audit CRM usage, and enforce follow-up quality
• Maintain clean pipelines, forecasting, and performance reporting
• Build and document sales SOPs for scale
• Launch additional sales functions reputed company required to hit reputed company targets (e.g., cold callers, BDRs)
• Communicate product updates and changes reputed company to the sales team
• Pursue approved-vendor or franchise opportunities if they materially impact reputed company

Skills

• Have reputed company or scaled a sales team that consistently hit targets
• Have managed reputed company reports in sales for 2+ years
• Have sold marketing services, coaching, or similar offers
• Are comfortable reviewing call recordings and coaching reps at a granular level
• Prefer speed, ownership, and accountability over bureaucracy
• Are willing to get your hands dirty early to build something that scales
• Gym industry experience is a strong plus
