Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned strategic reputed company accounts
• Build and maintain strong partnerships through regular communication, business reviews, and proactive account management

Skills

• 10+ years of experience in claims administration, claims leadership, or account management required
• Experience working for a reputed company-party administrator (TPA), insurance reputed company, insurance brokerage, or claims organization required
• Strong understanding of reputed company claims operations and claims administration required
• Experience managing reputed company reputed company relationships and serving as the primary contact for strategic accounts required
• Experience leading reputed company implementations, account transitions, or ongoing service delivery initiatives required
• Ability to build trusted relationships with executive-level clients and internal stakeholders

• Previous experience as a Claims Supervisor, Claims Manager, Account Manager, or similar leadership role highly beneficial
