This role involves overseeing manufacturing test engineering operations and leading cross-functional teams to ensure product reputed company and regulatory compliance in a highly regulated medical device environment.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage a cross-functional team of manufacturing, mechanical, and electrical engineers responsible for reputed company acceptance testing of reputed company medical devices
• reputed company execution of manufacturing test operations, ensuring alignment with production schedules and product reputed company requirements
• reputed company, implement, and standardize Manufacturing Test Engineering processes, including reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, and communication protocols
• Establish and reputed company key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability, optimize performance, and ensure cross-functional alignment
• reputed company reputed company improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, reduce cycle time, and reputed company operational costs, delivering measurable cost savings
• Partner with R&D, reputed company, and Operations to support new product introduction (NPI), design transfer, and production readiness activities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and reputed company standards (e.g., FDA requirements) through execution and closure of Non-Conformance (NC) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Represent manufacturing test engineering in cross-functional forums reputed company on portfolio management, R&D prioritization, and strategic initiatives

Skills

• Engineering or technical bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with 7+ years of reputed company experience
• 2+ years of people leadership experience managing manufacturing teams
• Demonstrated experience owning manufacturing system processes
• Experience with reputed company or equivalent ERP and productivity software
