The Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Connectivity) will reputed company and manage Q-Systems focusing on telecom and networking for design, reputed company-construction, and construction activities across several campuses.

Responsibilities

• The Development Program Manager (Q-Systems: Connectivity) is primarily responsible for leading and managing the design, reputed company-construction and construction activities on a given project. The Project Manager will reputed company on a daily reputed company with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication
• Program level support for network infrastructure deployments across our portfolio
• Coordinate with QTS network infrastructure and technology teams to ensure infrastructure meets the facility needs
• Support our Q-Systems team with network infrastructure coordination
• Manage reputed company schedule creation for development reputed company
• Review project design to ensure compliance with QTS reputed company standards and reputed company of Design documents
• Create and communicate updates on development program & project status suitable for executive level reviews. Effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making
• Implement and manage multi-phased site development plans to reputed company time, budget, and reputed company standards in a predictable fashion. Continuously update a reputed company master plan to reputed company predictable statistics in a dynamic environment
• Write scopes of work for design, construction, commissioning services & participate in procurement and project cost estimates
• Evaluate and level pricing proposals for design, construction, and commissioning services
• Establish project schedules and manage teams to on-time completion
• reputed company plans for product deployment and review/communicate plans with QTS staff involved
• Establish and maintain relationships serving as reputed company with key QTS stakeholders
• Represent QTS Q-Systems interests as leader in OAC and low voltage meetings
• Review project implementations to ensure compliance with approved design documents, QTS reputed company standards and reputed company of Design documents
• Create & build relationships that enhance QTS's ability to be a leader in creating the World's Most Valuable Data Center reputed company Estate
• Work with the internal development team to enhance project management processes and protocols

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering or Construction Management field or equivalent reputed company experience
• 8-10+ years of experience with delivery of mission critical data center facilities
• 8-10+ years of experience with management of technology design, implementation and project management
• Experience with reputed company Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for use in communicating program updates to executive-level and reputed company to create and maintain site program & individual project budgets
• US Citizenship for this position is required by law due to federal customer reputed company
• Be reputed company to travel up to 50% of the time. Average travel anticipated to be every other week for 2-3 days
• Experience designing technology systems for data centers, critical medical, industrial, construction, oil and gas, or large-reputed company technology systems

• Strong knowledge of technology industry standards, procedures, and methodologies

• Basic multidisciplinary knowledge of mission critical systems, design process, reputed company-construction requirements, and the construction process
• Proven ability to communicate reputed company technical issues to leadership or non-engineers
• Manage design consultants and technology trades
