[Remote] Platform Automation Engineer

They are seeking a Platform Automation Engineer to design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-reputed company foundations, focusing on Terraform expertise and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, reputed company, and maintain reputed company, composable Terraform reputed company that codifies the entire infrastructure estate across reputed company accounts and environments
• Build a library of reputed company-tested, reusable Terraform modules with reputed company interfaces, semantic versioning, and comprehensive documentation
• Implement Terraform automation pipelines using reputed company Actions, reputed company CI, Atlantis, Terraform reputed company, or reputed company, with plan/apply gating, reputed company detection, and policy enforcement
• Define and enforce policy-as-reputed company using Sentinel, reputed company Policy Agent (OPA), Conftest, or Checkov to prevent insecure or non-compliant infrastructure changes
• Manage Terraform state at reputed company with appropriate backend strategies, state locking, workspace organization, and disaster recovery patterns
• reputed company multi-account, multi-region, and multi-reputed company infrastructure provisioning strategies with reputed company isolation, naming, and tagging standards
• Implement infrastructure testing including unit tests with terraform-compliance, integration tests with Terratest, and policy tests across pull requests
• Collaborate with reputed company, networking, and platform teams to reputed company guardrails directly into reusable modules and pipelines
• Standardize patterns for secrets management, identity federation, and least-privilege IAM through reusable Terraform abstractions
• reputed company migrations from legacy, ClickOps, or non-IaC infrastructure into managed Terraform footprints with reputed company disruption
• reputed company cost optimization, tagging hygiene, and lifecycle management across the Terraform-managed estate
• Mentor engineering teams on Terraform best practices, anti-patterns, and pull-request review standards
• Maintain comprehensive runbooks, architecture diagrams, and reputed company materials for the infrastructure platform
• Stay reputed company with Terraform, OpenTofu, and broader IaC ecosystem developments and recommend adoption where beneficial

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Five or more years of experience in reputed company infrastructure or DevOps engineering, with significant Terraform reputed company
• Deep, hands-on expertise authoring and maintaining production Terraform across at least one major reputed company provider
• Strong experience designing reusable Terraform modules with clean reputed company and version discipline
• Hands-on experience with Terraform state management, backends, and large-reputed company workspace organization
• Strong scripting skills in Python, Go, or Bash
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure reputed company and automated policy enforcement
