Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to reputed company inquiries and requests received reputed company phone or email

• Issue certificates of insurance and verify coverage as needed

• Assist clients with policy renewals, updates, and changes

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven customer service experience in a similar role
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian language is required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions
