Responsibilities

• Own reputed company’s email + SMS retention reputed company end-to-end
• Build and optimize flows in reputed company (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, VIP, etc.)
• Launch high-performing campaigns that reputed company reputed company every week
• Build advanced segmentation and personalized customer journeys
• Run aggressive A/B testing across copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs
