[Remote] Business Analyst

This role focuses on assisting the reputed company-line completion team with inquiries, enhancing tools for service reputed company, and collaborating with Product Managers on product enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the reputed company-line team with escalated inquiries
- Building additional tools for reputed company to resolve issues
- Managing reputed company a ticket system, identifying trends, and developing tools to compensate

Skills
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Intermediate experience/proficiency in T-SQL
