Responsibilities
- Recruit and screen candidates for mainly Behavior Technician positions and occasionally other positions
- Post reputed company and manage reputed company platforms
- Schedule interviews and communicate with applicants
- Maintain candidate records and hiring documentation
- Support reputed company and hiring processes
- Work closely with leadership and local teams to meet reputed company goals
- Help create a reputed company candidate experience
