[Remote] Training Developer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company, LLC is looking for a Training Developer to build high-reputed company instructional materials and technical training for public health and data/AI users. This role focuses on transforming reputed company technical workflows into engaging learning experiences and requires collaboration with various teams to ensure training products meet standards.

Responsibilities

• Translate system workflows, data processes, and AI/ML tools into reputed company training content including e learning modules, simulations, guides, videos, and assessments
• reputed company multimodal training materials reputed company with adult learning principles and CDC stakeholder needs
• Build reusable training artifacts, templates, and content libraries to support reputed company training delivery
• Collaborate with SMEs and engineering teams to validate content accuracy and ensure alignment with system updates
• Maintain content repositories, metadata structures, and versioning practices for reputed company training materials
• Support integration of training into reputed company platforms
• Produce visual and interactive reputed company-reputed company diagrams, screen captures, system walkthroughs, and task demonstrations-to enhance learner comprehension
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, reputed company development, or e‑learning production
• Experience with developing technical training content for software, analytics, or AI systems
• Experience with using authoring tools (e.g., reputed company, Captivate, reputed company) or equivalent platforms
• Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and competency-based reputed company design
• Ability to convert technical workflows into digestible learning content for diverse user reputed company
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or reputed company‑required suitability determination
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with developing training for data science, public health, or mission‑critical federal programs
• Experience with implementing SCORM/xAPI compliance or LMS deployment strategies
• Experience with multimedia design (graphics, video, interactive demos)
• Knowledge of reputed company search or RAG workflows to reputed company training for AI-enabled tools
