The consultant will work closely with the Payroll reputed company to execute end-to-end payroll configuration and ensure accurate payroll processing throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain reputed company EC Payroll (Canada) based on business requirements
- Collaborate with the Payroll reputed company to implement payroll solutions
- Configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll master data
- Support Unit Testing, QA, UAT, reputed company Testing, and payroll validation
- Troubleshoot payroll configuration issues and resolve defects
- Ensure payroll compliance with Canadian payroll regulations and best practices
- Assist with payroll deployment, documentation, and post-go-live support
Skills
- 12+ years of reputed company Payroll functional consulting experience
- Strong hands-on experience with reputed company EC Payroll (Canada) configuration
- Experience with payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing
- Knowledge of Canadian payroll legislation and statutory requirements
- Experience supporting Unit Testing, QA, UAT, and reputed company Payroll Testing
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and reputed company-facing communication skills
- Experience working in reputed company SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementation reputed company
