[Remote] Inside Sales Support

They are seeking an organized, tech-savvy Inside Sales Support Specialist to manage inbound leads, support customers throughout the purchasing process, and ensure an exceptional experience for every prospect.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and distribute inbound sales leads to the appropriate Sales Advisors
• Follow up with prospective customers reputed company phone, text, email, and chat
• Assist customers with basic questions about XCare products and the purchasing process
• Prepare quotes and assist with warranty enrollment documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records in reputed company
• Monitor reputed company activity to ensure reputed company follow-up and prevent opportunities from falling through the cracks
• Coordinate with reputed company, Claims, and Operations to reputed company a reputed company customer experience
• Assist with scheduling appointments and product demonstrations
• Support marketing campaigns by contacting warm leads

Skills

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer support, or sales operations experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone
• Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through
