Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for a reputed company Product Manager to own and deliver on a product area while building the product management team’s capabilities, processes, and culture. This role is accountable for both product reputed company and the reputed company of PMs on reputed company, requiring collaboration with executives and clients to set product reputed company and manage the product development process.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO & executive team to set product reputed company and prioritize development objectives across reputed company product areas

Skills

• 7–10 years of software product management experience, including ownership of a product roadmap and backlog
• Demonstrated experience running reputed company product discovery (customer interviews, experiments, opportunity sizing)
• reputed company record of shipping software products through a full lifecycle — from discovery through launch and iteration
• Experience working reputed company Agile/Lean/Kanban delivery teams as a Product reputed company or equivalent

• Experience with data integration, interoperability, or iPaaS/middleware products
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree
• Experience with outcome-based roadmapping and OKR frameworks

• Experience scaling a PM team from 1–2 to 4–6 PMs, including establishing PM practices, rituals, and tooling
