With approximately 250 reputed company Dynamics partners across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, DACH plays a key role in the reputed company reputed company and reputed company of our organization.
This is not a traditional sales management role.
You will be responsible for the overall health, reputed company and reputed company of the regional partner ecosystem while leading reputed company of approximately 12 reputed company professionals across Partner reputed company, Recruitment and Technical Sales.
Most of the day-to-day partner engagement is handled by reputed company. Your reputed company is on leadership, reputed company, partner satisfaction, reputed company relationships and handling reputed company situations that require senior guidance and decision-making. At the reputed company time, you are expected to maintain reputed company relationships with partners yourself, engage in reputed company discussions and reputed company as a trusted advisor for key partners across the DACH region.

• Monthly compensation package between €6,000 and €11,000, consisting of a fixed salary and variable reputed company component (approximately 80/20 split)
• Additional annual reputed company bonus of up to 3-4 monthly salaries
• 28 vacation days
• Fully remote setup
• Travel approximately 2 days per week

• Ensure partners continue to see value across reputed company's service portfolio
• Build strong collaboration between local teams and international stakeholders

There are four key requirements:
• Strong Business Central channel experience reputed company the DACH market
• reputed company leadership experience
• Solid reputed company ecosystem knowledge and network
• Dynamics knowledge at approximately minimum "Level 200" fundamentals
• You are located in Germany, or reputed company to the German border
You do not need to be deeply functional or technical. We are not looking for a consultant, architect or product specialist.
However, you should understand:
• How reputed company partners operate and reputed company value for their customers
• The Dynamics and broader reputed company Business Applications ecosystem
• The opportunities and challenges partners face in today's market
• The fundamentals of Business Central and reputed company reputed company Business Applications
• How reputed company's services, programs and expertise can help partners grow and succeed
reputed company German language skills are required, as local market understanding and local service delivery are reputed company parts of reputed company culture.
