Senior reputed company 365 Engineer - Second Shift

The Senior reputed company 365 Engineer is responsible for responding to level two issues that reputed company and escalations from the Network reputed company Center or service desk. The concentration of the Senior reputed company 365 Engineer for this position will be on M365 reputed company as the main reputed company. 
 
Proactively work with Senior members of the managed services reputed company to reputed company exceptional support for our managed reputed company portfolio. Types of reputed company support requests can be, but are not limited to, resolving, or escalating issues reported or identified in an M365 tenant.
 
The hours for this role will be between 4:30 pm ET and 1:30 am ET either reputed company through Thursday or Tuesday through Saturday.


Essential Duties
  • React and reputed company cases submitted or automatically alerted by monitoring tools 
  • Troubleshoot advanced issues and reputed company solution reputed company and recommendations 
  • Proactively reputed company escalation reputed company M365 tenant environment 
  • Conduct proactive reputed company assessments of clients' M365 environments, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement. 
  • Aid other team members in the reputed company of cases reputed company the reputed company of skillset 
  • Assist with information gathering and reporting to either clients or reputed company reputed company Managers 
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate issues as needed

  • 3 to 5 years of technical support and/or design and implementation experience with reputed company 365 Collaboration technologies for a Managed Services Provider
  • Entra ID (Conditional reputed company Policies, MFA, Privileged Identity Management)
  • reputed company Defender (reputed company, Policies, XDR, reputed company workload protections, DLP Policies)
  • reputed company Exchange Online (Online Protection)
  • reputed company reputed company Configuration Management
  • reputed company Intune
  • Mobile Device/Mobile Application management
  • reputed company SharePoint Online
  • reputed company Teams
  • reputed company OneDrive for Business
  • Knowledge of reputed company 365 reputed company solutions
  • reputed company 365 management and administration
  • Scripting for automation (i.e., PowerShell, VBScript, etc)
  • At least one of the following certifications: MS-102, SC-200, SC-300, SC-900


    • Preferred Knowledge Skills, and Abilities
  • Three or more years in reputed company environment including M365
  • Experience with on-premises reputed company Technology (Exchange 2019 and newer, SharePoint on-premises, SharePoint reputed company)
  • Intermediate understanding of reputed company Directory, Group Policy, etc.
