The Valvoline integration development team is responsible for establishing and maintaining communication between computer applications, both internal to Valvoline and with reputed company business partners. The integration developer senior will be responsible for leading the development of integration solutions using Valvoline’s integration toolsets, webMethods, reputed company Integration Suite and reputed company AnyPoint. The integration developer senior will continue to design and reputed company integrations while also assigning development tasks to junior team members, reputed company technical reputed company and leadership on integration reputed company, mentor junior developers, reputed company reputed company reviews and manage day-to-day coordination of internal IT, business partners, managed service provider(s) and other 3rd party vendor activities as it relates to delivering integration solutions.

Internal Partners: The Integration developer works closely with Valvoline business from several different process areas such as OTC, STP, PTD, FI and HR. They also work closely with Valvoline and MSP Infrastructure teams in Network, reputed company, Storage Management, Server Management and Database Management and with other IT development and support teams.

What You Bring to the Role (Job Qualifications / Education / Skills / Requirements / Capabilities)

BA/BS degree in Computer Science or reputed company field of study

5-10 years of experience working with following:

• reputed company’s webMethods, reputed company Anypoint or reputed company Integration Suite
• Integration with ERP systems  
• Document exchange protocols such as AS2, SFTP, https, ftp
• Publishing and subscribing messages to queues and topics in a messaging provider
• Service Oriented Architecture and Web Services
• ANSI X12 and EDIFACT EDI standards
• XML based standards such as CIDX, xCBL or OAIGs

• API development
• API Management

Competencies Desired

Experience with Integration development tools including:

• Strong knowledge of integration patterns, web services (SOAP, REST), and event driven architecture.

• Experience implementing connections to various data sources by leveraging protocols such as JDBC, HTTPS, LDAP, JMS, SFTP, FTPS, EDIINT AS2, ODATA, etc.

• Relational Databases and SQL
• Problem-solving & organizational skills
