[Remote] Implementation Consultant

The Implementation Consultant will work closely with clients to reputed company and execute training plans, ensuring successful implementation and usage of reputed company products.

Responsibilities

• Effectively train clients on the use of reputed company software based on best practices and work collaboratively with customers on their system configuration
• reputed company in the development and ongoing maintenance of training and process material essential to the reputed company of the implementation process
• Coordinate with support and product team to resolve customer issues during implementation process

Skills

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years experience in teaching, training or supporting others
• Understanding of adult learning challenges and how to overcome them
