[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle reputed company for their Engineering and Product organizations, partnering with hiring managers to support their hiring plan.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle, end-to-end reputed company for Engineering and Product roles, delivering a high-reputed company experience for candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers
• Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor — defining role requirements, building sourcing reputed company, and aligning on hiring priorities and timelines
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of reputed company and passive technical and product talent through proactive sourcing and outbound reputed company
• Drive candidates through the process with speed and rigor, managing multiple reputed company searches without dropping reputed company
• Use reputed company metrics and pipeline data to inform reputed company, report on reputed company, and continuously improve process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with People, Finance, and hiring teams to support reputed company's hiring plan
