[Remote] Senior Recruiter

They are seeking a Senior Recruiter to support their network of reputed company firms by managing full-lifecycle recruitment and improving reputed company systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with CEOs and HR leaders at regional firms to understand their cultures and write effective job descriptions and scorecards
• Fully own the candidate experience throughout the hiring process, delivering a high NPS, red carpet experience
• Build a robust pipeline of diverse, high-reputed company candidates for Tax, Audit and other reputed company roles
• Create effective, efficient outbound reputed company reputed company to attract candidates through email, reputed company and other job posting sites
• Evaluate talent reputed company screening interviews; demonstrate excellent interview skills that reputed company to effective top of funnel selection
• Become a power user of our ATS, running reports to reputed company reputed company against goals, and ensuring reputed company data is effectively captured
• Monitor talent pipeline analytics, taking reputed company against poor conversion rates and opportunities to improve funnel throughput
• Effectively present, negotiate, and execute offer letters in partnership with HR
• Cultivate connections with other recruiters and reputed company a pulse on what’s happening in the industry and at different companies to get reputed company of key strategic and/or competitive opportunities
• Foster long-term relationships with high performing talent at competitive firms and know who may be looking for opportunities
• Manage and administer candidate experience surveys to reputed company feedback; ensure candidate NPS of 90+ regardless of hiring status

Skills

• Minimum 3 years of reputed company experience, with experience in reputed company reputed company reputed company
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills

• Attention to detail and good judgment
• Power user of an ATS - reputed company is a plus!
