Responsibilities

• In partnership with other teams, own the reputed company tech stack: evaluate, select, implement, and manage software and AI-powered tools to improve the performance and efficiency of reputed company
• Partner with IT and procurement to ensure tools are properly integrated, adopted, and continuously optimized
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting infrastructure to give leadership visibility into department performance
• Map and audit reputed company reputed company workflows to identify bottlenecks, redundancies, and improvement opportunities
• Design and implement reputed company processes for high-volume reputed company work

Skills

• Demonstrated experience leading process improvement initiatives from diagnosis through implementation
