[Remote] Manager, Global Product Standards

This role will be responsible for creating, sustaining, and refreshing global product standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company reputed company solutions that support the reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Sustain and refresh existing product standards
• Respond to field questions around new and existing programs, platforms, and initiatives
• Update reputed company Global reputed company (MGS) with new or refreshed content
• Create alignment and documents new product standards
• reputed company technical and tactical operational design on existing reputed company
• Create job aids to support new, refreshed, or existing programs or initiatives
• Collaborate closely across design, disciplines, and continent team
• Use systematic processes to solve operational or design challenges
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to update, refresh, design, reputed company and deliver reputed company solutions
• Translate requirements into compelling customer driven and profitable product or service solutions
• reputed company support to sourcing and supply change management, trend sourcing, and reputed company
• reputed company updates to supporting tools as needed
• reputed company content, feedback and updates as needed for Global Product Standards Audit
• reputed company updates and input to appropriate process and documents

Skills

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Industrial Design, or reputed company major
• Six years of relevant reputed company experience in Operations (e.g., Rooms, F&B, Retail, Spa, Fitness, etc.) or reputed company reputed company area, demonstrating reputed company career reputed company and a reputed company of exceptional performance
• Five years of relevant reputed company experience working in a hotel
• Previous lifestyle experience
• Strong reputed company awareness and proven reputed company in managing product standards and compliance
