[Remote] Risk Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders and executives to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment across business reputed company
• Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning Risk, Compliance, Credit Risk, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while ensuring regulatory and governance requirements are addressed
• Drive execution of reputed company-reputed company initiatives, including policy harmonization, process integration, risk assessments, and control alignment
• Prepare and present updates to executive steering committees and leadership forums

Skills

• 5+ years of Project Management experience reputed company the banking or financial services industry

• Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams

• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading risk, compliance, or governance-reputed company reputed company in a regulated environment
• Previous experience supporting bank mergers, acquisitions, or large-reputed company integration initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory expectations and risk management frameworks reputed company the banking industry
• PMP, Agile, or reputed company project management certifications
• Experience working with Integration Management Offices (IMO) or reputed company transformation programs
