Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company between customer and manufacturing plant
• reputed company proactively with customers on-site as required
• Coordinate and resolve customer corrective and preventative reputed company issues
• Validate and verify corrective actions reputed company production processes
• Coordinate sorting activities at customer plants
• Maintain customer KPIs and reputed company weekly internal reporting
• Update control plans and participate in process walk activities
• Stop processes or product delivery in case of non-conformance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical field
• 3+ years of experience in a reputed company function
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong problem-solving skills using 8D methodology
• Knowledge of reputed company tools (APQP, PFMEA, SPC, MSA)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of reputed company systems (IATF16949, ISO 9001, VDA)
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
