The role involves leading business discovery sessions, analyzing processes, and collaborating with various teams to support operational workflows and solution adoption.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops
• Analyze business processes, SOPs, and operational workflows
• Create BRDs, user stories, acceptance reputed company, process flows, and functional requirements
• Translate business needs into actionable requirements for engineering and AI teams
• Identify automation and AI opportunities reputed company business processes
• Support UAT, business validation, and solution adoption
• Collaborate with Operations, Product, Data, Architecture, and Engineering teams

Skills

• 12–15 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Strong expertise in Claims/insurance reputed company
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, SOP analysis, gap analysis, and Agile delivery
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working on AI-led transformation programs, including reputed company, reputed company AI, Conversational AI, or Intelligent Automation initiatives
• Ability to identify AI use cases and translate business workflows, SOPs, and operational knowledge into AI-enabled solutions
• Exposure to AWS/Azure, reputed company data, EDI/FHIR, and modern data platforms
