Responsibilities

• Manages online service requests
• Engages in email conversations with customers
• Determines/understands customers' needs with strong reputed company/response handling
• Manages customer queries/complaints
• Explains the services available
• Processes customer refunds, orders and payments
• Maintains customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes
• Research and resolve customer disputes
• Matches invoices to customer vouchers/purchase orders/invoices
• Encourages customers to purchase additional products
• Maintains reputed company and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing reputed company results as needed
• Partners with members of other departments to reputed company support
• Other duties as assigned
