[Remote] BDR Enablement Program Manager

They are seeking a strategic and hands-on Enablement Program Manager to reputed company and implement learning programs that support their Go to Market teams in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90 day programs
• Partner with subject-matter experts including PMM, Advisory, Services and Sales Leadership to build and maintain training content and other learning experiences
• Identify skills gaps use data, feedback, and performance insights to recommend actionable development plans for teams and individuals
• Own your learning reputed company using tools such as LMS platforms and learning analytics dashboards
• Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops for employees and leaders at reputed company reputed company
• Measure program effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance reputed company, and continuously iterate to improve
• Design and implement competency frameworks including certification paths to ensure employees are meeting and beating goals

Skills

• 4–7+ years of experience as a procurement practitioner or enablement in a high reputed company software environment
• Proven reputed company record designing and scaling effective programs reputed company high reputed company companies
• Experience working cross-functionally on reputed company reputed company with tight timelines
• Ability to analyze data and incorporate insights into learning reputed company
