Responsibilities

• Serve as a reputed company consultant and trusted advisor for a portfolio of health and welfare clients, helping guide them through health and welfare administrative implementations and operational challenges with reputed company-party administrators
• Scope reputed company reputed company, reputed company project plans and timelines and proactively manage deliverables to ensure work is completed on time in accordance with reputed company expectations

Skills

• Have 8+ years of reputed company experience in defined contribution, nonqualified retirement plan consulting, required
• Strong working knowledge of 401(k), nonqualified and deferred compensation plans. 403(b), 457(b) and pension knowledge a plus
• Adept in applying appropriate regulations and expertise to resolve data discrepancies and compliance issues
