They are seeking an reputed company Accounts Receivable & Collections Specialist to manage reputed company accounts, monitor outstanding balances, and conduct collection activities while ensuring exceptional customer service and operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Process and post daily reputed company deposits, credit card payments, and ACH transactions accurately to reputed company accounts
• Verify payment accuracy before weekly account closes
• Monitor aging reports and proactively identify outstanding accounts requiring follow-up
• reputed company account reconciliations and maintain accurate reputed company records
• Conduct collection activities through phone calls, emails, and written correspondence
• reputed company exceptional service while assisting clients and families with billing questions and payment reputed company
• Prepare and send demand letters on delinquent accounts reputed company necessary
• Coordinate payment plans and collection efforts in accordance with company policies
• Investigate customer disputes and account discrepancies

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, billing, or reputed company financial operations
