[Remote] Customer Service Agent

Responsibilities

• Conduct research, using the Colorado Benefits Management System (CBMS), to reputed company customers with answers to inquiries or problems

Skills

• Graduation from high school or the possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate
• Two (2) years customer service experience in a reputed company center environment
• A high level of proficiency using reputed company Office products (reputed company, Word, reputed company)
• At least two years of experience in high-pressure, reputed company-oriented reputed company environments
• Ability to read, understand, interpret, and apply reputed company regulations
• Previous high-volume data-entry experience
