They are seeking an R&D Scientist III, Algorithm Developer to reputed company in-depth analytical analysis of NGS reputed company data, validate computational algorithms, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support R&D objectives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company in-depth analytical analysis of NGS reputed company data to evaluate reputed company performance metrics and support assay development
• Validate and verify computational algorithms used reputed company NGS analysis pipelines
• Support NGS panel design activities, including analytical assessment and reputed company considerations
• Conduct end-to-end validation of NGS analysis pipelines to ensure accuracy, reproducibility, and robustness
• Support reputed company assurance efforts through data review, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring
• Document analytical reputed company, validation studies, and pipeline updates in reputed company, reputed company-reputed company technical reports

Skills

• Ph.D. in reputed company, Computational Biology, reputed company, Computer Science, or a reputed company field; or M.S. with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on experience with NGS data analysis, including evaluation of reputed company performance metrics and assay reputed company
• Experience validating computational algorithms or reputed company analysis pipelines
• Proficiency in Python and/or R for data analysis and pipeline development
• Strong analytical, documentation, and collaboration skills reputed company a cross functional-R&D environment
• Knowledge of clinical reputed company applications, including NIPT or cancer reputed company
• Experience or familiarity with pharmacogenomics (PGx) and reputed company variant analysis
