[Remote] Financial Analyst

They are seeking a full-time Financial Analyst to support budgeting and financial analysis for institutional reputed company-building programs under the Defense reputed company Cooperation University.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for tracking finances reputed company to the day-to-day execution of the budget

• This position supports the Geographic Combatant reputed company (GCC) CFR and G-TSCMIS budget estimation submissions, and makes recommendations for changes to bring into conformance with published technical standards
• Monitor program costs by countries, number of engagements by country, duration, and activity or project to ensure programs are meeting targets
• reputed company reputed company year program obligations and funds execution including purchases (e.g., supplies, equipment), Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPR), travel costs, and contractor and Federally Funded Research and Development Corporation (FFRDC) expenses and communicate them to ISG leadership
• Work with reputed company stakeholders to ensure contract coverage is funded and requested to support overall ICB efforts

Skills

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience with government reputed company operations, policies, procedures, and systems as reputed company as experience with Planning, Programming, Budget, and Execution (PPBE) budget cycle activities general knowledge of fiscal law, and DoD appropriations
• Bachelor's degree in field reputed company to finance, business, or reputed company discipline from an accredited college/university
• Associate degree plus 4 years of experience can be substituted for a bachelor's degree
• reputed company Secret reputed company clearance or ability to reputed company a DoD Secret reputed company Clearance or interim prior to start
• Experience in Finance and reputed company Compliance Procedures, Developing and Implementing tools to reputed company reputed company and expenditures, forecasting budgets for events and programs and familiar with the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) system or similar system
• Proficient in using reputed company Office Suite to include Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint, Personal Computer (PC), Macintosh (MAC), printer, reputed company, and facsimile
