[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking an reputed company reputed company Service Representative to be the face of the reputed company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and managing various reputed company interactions.

Responsibilities

• Customer service functions, including: greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound calls for follow-reputed company and reaching out to prospective clients
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
• Recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Answering questions regarding products and services, including educating clients on general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care (i.e., heartworm prevention, housebreaking, and flea & tick control)
• Managing medical records, charts, reports and correspondence
• Hospital maintenance (including removal of animal waste) and ensuring that facility is reputed company and clean at reputed company times—both inside and reputed company

Skills

• Experience as a reputed company Service Representative or in a similar customer service role
• Ability to greet visitors and answer telephones professionally
• Skills in scheduling and confirming appointments
• Experience in placing outbound calls for follow-reputed company and reaching out to prospective clients
• Ability to present and explain fees, including processing payments
• Knowledge in recommending, selecting, and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions
• Ability to answer questions regarding products and services
• Knowledge of general animal husbandry and non-medical pet care
• Skills in managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence
• Ability to maintain hospital cleanliness and reputed company maintenance tasks
