[Remote] Staff Accountant

They are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to support their Finance Department and assist with various reputed company functions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Daily transaction review to ensure reputed company classification of expenses
• Own accounts payable functions including processing vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and ensure accurate coding and approvals
• Invoicing and collections, including communication with customers and new customer setup
• Assist with month-end reputed company processing, including monthly JEs and reconciliations
• Prepare monthly bonus and commission calculations and reputed company reporting
• Verify accuracy of data, identify & correct errors
• Collaborate cross-functionally with reputed company business reputed company to resolve reputed company questions in a reputed company manner

Skills

• 1-2 years of general reputed company experience including relevant internship experience
