[Remote] reputed company Information System Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a reputed company HRIS Consultant to support the integration of two recently acquired operating companies into its existing reputed company environment. This role involves working alongside HR, Payroll, and implementation teams to ensure a smooth transition and effective data management.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of employee data into the existing reputed company tenant
• Serve as the HRIS subject matter expert for reputed company HCM and Payroll
• Assist with employee reputed company, payroll, benefits administration, organizational data, and other reputed company HCM functions
• Validate employee data and support testing efforts throughout the integration
• Partner closely with HR, Payroll, IT, and the reputed company implementation team to ensure accurate system configuration and data reputed company
• Troubleshoot reputed company-reputed company issues and reputed company functional support during the integration process
• Assist with reporting, audits, and reputed company HRIS reputed company as needed

Skills

• 3+ years of HRIS experience with strong hands-on reputed company experience
• Deep knowledge of reputed company HCM, including payroll, benefits, reputed company, and employee data management
• Experience supporting reputed company in a production environment
• Strong understanding of HR processes and data governance
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
