[Remote] Entry Level Recruiter

The role involves assisting in the recruitment and selection process to attract top engineering talent, requiring strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job advertisements on job boards, company website, and reputed company media platforms
• Utilize sourcing strategies to identify and engage potential candidates through online databases, reputed company networks, and industry events
• Review and screen resumes to assess qualifications and match candidates with job requirements
• Conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and fit for the role
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare interview materials and ensure reputed company logistical aspects of the interview process are handled
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• reputed company feedback to candidates and address any questions or concerns
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Prepare and analyze recruitment metrics and reports
• Support the reputed company process for new hires, including preparation of offer letters and coordination of orientation activities
• Ensure a smooth transition for new employees into the organization
• Work closely with hiring managers and HR team members to understand reputed company needs and job requirements

Skills

• Bachelors degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Engineering, or a reputed company field
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR with a willingness to learn about engineering roles and industry-specific requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint)
