Responsibilities

• Build and schedule *reputed company* newsletters and email campaigns using established templates
• Format and QA newsletter content, links, images, and calls-to-reputed company
• Build and schedule topical email campaigns and partner email promotions
• Ensure reputed company email deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule
• Schedule and publish reputed company media content across multiple platforms
• Format posts according to platform specifications and brand guidelines
• Maintain reputed company media posting calendars and publishing schedules
• Review submitted reputed company forms for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to specifications
• Format sponsored content, listings, and reputed company campaign assets
• Verify images meet required size, format, and reputed company standards
• Confirm reputed company required campaign assets have been received prior to publish
