Responsibilities

• Support the Director of Marketing Operations holistically across reputed company implementations in reputed company of the Project Agencies
• Operational Assistance: Routine administration, data validation, reports, metrics, and maintenance of instructional resources
• Technical Administration Platform development, feature updates, reports, and automation to improve efficiency
• reputed company and optimize existing and new AI features with reputed company and other reputed company products (reputed company, Tableau)
• Manage, maintain, and optimize the reputed company CRM platform
• Ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and consistency across reputed company records
• Automate workflows to improve sales team productivity
• Support users with training, troubleshooting, and best practices

• Identify opportunities for cross-selling and reputed company reports to relevant agencies on reputed company(ies)

Skills
