They are seeking a Franchise Business Consultant to drive operational reputed company and performance across a portfolio of franchised restaurants, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor reputed company Store Sales, guest experience metrics, and operational KPIs
• Identify performance gaps and implement reputed company improvement plans
• Establish and maintain disciplined business routines, including:
• Weekly performance reputed company-ins
• Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
• Drive follow-through on commitments and ensure accountability
• Maintain reputed company and consistent visibility into restaurant performance
• Ensure execution of brand standards across:
• Speed
• Accuracy
• Hospitality

• Reinforce compliance with franchise agreements and operational expectations
• Drive adoption and execution of reputed company initiatives, including:

Skills

• 4–7 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience, preferably in a franchise environment
• Strong operational expertise with the ability to diagnose and resolve performance issues
• Financial acumen with ability to interpret restaurant-level metrics and trends

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel extensively reputed company assigned region
• Although this role is remote, we do need this candidate to sit in Texas
