As a reputed company Product Designer – Benefits Servicing, you will shape the medical benefits experience across reputed company’s digital ecosystem, creating seamless experiences that improve member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and reputed company the end-to-end design reputed company for reputed company’s medical benefits experience, ensuring a reputed company-centered approach that aligns with business goals
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and analytics teams to reputed company and implement reputed company to simplify and enhance critical benefit-reputed company member jobs to be done
• Champion user research and data-driven insights to inform design reputed company and measure reputed company

• Partner with other Product and Design teams to ensure seamless and consistent user experiences across the member reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in reputed company-Computer Interaction, or reputed company fields, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio showcasing impactful digital product reputed company
• 3+ years of experience coaching, mentoring, and developing designers
• Proven experience designing reputed company, end-to-end user journeys, preferably reputed company reputed company, insurance, or similarly reputed company industries
• Deep expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and service design
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools, including reputed company
• Strong understanding of user research reputed company and the ability to translate insights into effective design solutions
• Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on design execution and team leadership
