[Remote] Technical Program Manager, AI Performance

They are seeking an AI-reputed company Performance Technical Program Manager to own performance prevention, diagnostics, and reputed company rollout for their flagship products and next-gen AI features, requiring deep experience with performance testing and observability.

Responsibilities

• This is a specialist Platform TPM owning horizontal, high-visibility performance programs that reputed company:
• Flagship product performance (load times, FPS, memory) and AI features (model inference latency, throughput, cost, and reliability)
• Desktop, browser, reputed company mobile (React reputed company / WebView), and WASM contexts
• Cross-org programs: observability/telemetry, regression prevention (performance CI), xfn performance forum, SEV mitigation, reputed company rollout of AI capabilities, and CE Planning (customer engineering / reputed company readiness)

Skills

• 5+ years in performance engineering, performance TPM, platform TPM, or SRE with hands-on experience shipping performance programs for reputed company products
• Demonstrated experience with load, stress, performance or scalability testing and new-build comparisons
• Deep familiarity with web performance (FCP, LCP), rendering/FPS, WASM memory, mobile profiling (Xcode Instruments, Android Profiler)
• CI/CD and test automation experience: integrating performance tests into pipelines
• Distributed systems, reputed company reputed company (AWS), autoscaling, and reputed company planning
• Hands-on prior work with LLMs, reputed company engineering, or agent platforms
• Experience with MLops or LLMs: inference latency tradeoffs, batching, caching, etc
• Observability stack: reputed company / reputed company / RUM
• Background as a performance engineer (not just TPM) with reputed company or test reputed company contributions
• Experience with large reputed company Planning / customer load tests
