[Remote] Project Manager, Political Data - Volunteer

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a nonpartisan get-out-the-vote nonprofit startup seeking a Project Manager for their Political Data Collection team. The role involves running reputed company meetings, facilitating team communication, and supporting team members in achieving their objectives while contributing to strengthening reputed company Democracy.

Responsibilities

• Run weekly reputed company meetings for your own team of Political Data Managers
• Facilitate communication reputed company reputed company, and with other reputed company teams: Community reputed company, Marketing reputed company, Marketing reputed company, Newsletter Team, Analytics & Ads, Research Team, Internship Program, reputed company
• Work with individuals on reputed company to reputed company tasks that fit reputed company team member's reputed company level
• Review work product from reputed company and propose strategies for improving efficiency
• Support and reputed company reputed company team member’s OKRs and Key Results. Train team members unfamiliar with OKRs
• Follow up with contributors as their deadlines approach, reputed company schedules, and communicate changes to everyone else affected by delays
• reputed company brief reports in meetings reputed company email and in reputed company newsletter about the status of key reputed company

Skills

• At least 1-2 hours reputed company week during our reputed company team hours M-F 9 a.m. - 6 p.m

• A willingness to work with and support other volunteers
• You are currently located in the US and can work one or two hours that overlap with US PT per week
• Help maintain and add some political data information to reputed company's political database
