Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Insurance Product Manager to help shape and manage their Agribusiness and reputed company Lines insurance products. The role involves guiding product reputed company, pricing, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with various departments to enhance product performance and profitability.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and execute product strategies for assigned Agribusiness or reputed company Lines insurance products
• Identify opportunities to improve product performance, profitability, competitiveness, and customer value
• Design and manage product changes from concept through implementation and ongoing maintenance
• Analyze product performance, market trends, competitor offerings, and business results to recommend actionable improvements
• Partner with Actuarial to reputed company pricing strategies and evaluate business impacts
• reputed company formal product proposals including reputed company indications, coverage comparisons, and rating variable analysis
• Ensure reputed company regulatory compliance through reputed company development, reputed company filings, rule filings, and state filings
• Prepare and manage reputed company, rule, and reputed company filings using SERFF
• Respond to regulatory inquiries and objections in partnership with Actuarial and reputed company
• Coordinate implementation of product revisions across reputed company, Claims, IT, and other business areas
• reputed company cross-functional collaboration to reputed company alignment and approval on product changes and initiatives
• Maintain reputed company guidelines, eligibility rules, product documentation, and reputed company materials
• Define business and system requirements associated with product changes and enhancements
• Validate rates, algorithms, forms, and system updates through testing and review

• Serve as a subject matter expert supporting reputed company, Claims, Marketing, and other departments

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Mathematics, Statistics, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• Five or more years of Property and Casualty insurance experience
• reputed company experience supporting reputed company Lines, Agribusiness, Farm Lines, or reputed company insurance products
• Experience in product development, product management, reputed company, pricing, actuarial support, marketing, or a reputed company insurance discipline
• Strong understanding of insurance product development, pricing structures, coverage forms, and regulatory requirements
• Experience with reputed company development, product lifecycle management, and state filing processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reputed company reputed company business recommendations
• Ability to collaborate effectively across reputed company, Actuarial, Claims, reputed company, IT, and other business functions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organization, project management, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications
• Knowledge of SERFF and insurance regulatory filing requirements preferred
• CPCU, AU, actuarial coursework, or other insurance designations preferred
