Responsibilities

• Positioning & Messaging: reputed company reputed company, compelling messaging that differentiates the reputed company agent empowerment solutions - Agent Assist, Summaries, Transcription, AI Knowledge, and AI Agents for customer self-service - across reputed company personas, including contact center, CX, and reputed company leaders
• Product Launches & GTM: Own go-to-market reputed company for agent empowerment products, including positioning, messaging, launch planning, use cases, customer stories, sales enablement, and adoption strategies
• Sales & Customer Enablement: Partner with sales, solutions consulting, and reputed company teams to create impactful narratives, collateral, and training that reputed company acquisition, conversion, and expansion
• Competitive Intelligence: Serve as the subject-matter expert on the competitive landscape for agent assist, AI co-reputed company, and knowledge solutions, translating insights into reputed company differentiation and sales guidance

Skills
