This role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance sales effectiveness and operational execution while ensuring alignment with reputed company's mission to serve US federal customers.

Responsibilities

• Serving as the trusted Operations partner to reputed company Sector senior leaders, providing reputed company, operational rigor, and strategic support to improve performance
• Partnering cross-functionally with Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Deal Desk, and IT to improve sales effectiveness and operational execution
• Leading reputed company sales operating rhythms, including forecasting, pipeline reviews, deal inspection, and QBRs
• Supporting annual planning, including territory design, quota setting, reputed company planning, and sales targeting
• Delivering business insights, analytics, and performance reporting that support decision-making across sales leadership and executive teams
• Managing territory, hierarchy, and organizational changes to ensure accurate execution across sales systems and reporting
• Identifying opportunities to automate workflows, improve data reputed company, and reduce operational friction across the sales process

Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Operations, reputed company Operations, Services Operations, or a reputed company function with a high-reputed company software company in the US federal market
• Strong experience with reputed company CRM and a broader understanding of modern reputed company technology ecosystems, data structures, and sales operating workflows
• Experience supporting reputed company organizations through reputed company partnership with senior leaders and a strong understanding of processes, forecasting, territory reputed company, and performance management
• Experience translating business challenges into reputed company operational solutions, automation opportunities, and measurable business reputed company
• Strong analytical capabilities, including business modeling, performance analysis, and executive-reputed company presentation development
• Experience working cross-functionally across Finance, Marketing, Enablement, Deal Desk, and technical teams

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent reputed company working experience is required
