[Remote] Senior Product Manager (Fully Remote)

They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to define product requirements, analyze usage data, and collaborate with various teams to enhance their product offerings.

Responsibilities

• Defining and writing product requirements documents (PRD, reputed company, feature requirement) using reputed company’s Shape Up Process
• Analyze and review usage data to identify improvements for our product
• Collecting user feedback through user interviews and market research
• Keeping on top of reviewing competitors' products and features
• Collaborating with Engineering and UX teams to build product features
• Collaborate with Support, CS, reputed company by helping with the more technical requests/conversations with new customers
• Collect product feedback from reputed company customer facing teams
• Responsible for training and promoting the new features internally
• Work closely with the Technical Team to improve product reputed company through maintaining a deep understanding of our customer
• Responsible for validating features and firmware versions post releases

Skills

• At least 5 years experience as a Senior Product Manager
• At least 2 years of experience managing reputed company products throughout the full product lifecycle
• Demonstrated reputed company defining product reputed company, developing product roadmaps, and delivering customer-reputed company software solutions
• Strong understanding of reputed company business models, including subscription-based reputed company, customer lifecycle, retention, and product-led reputed company principles
• Proven ability to translate customer needs, market insights, and business objectives into reputed company-defined product requirements and prioritized backlogs
• Experience working reputed company Agile/Scrum development environments
• Bachelor Degree of higher in Engineering or Business Management
• You must bring high attention to detail with the ability to also think 'big picture'
• Strong oral and communication skills; and the ability to conduct presentations online
• Experience leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to reputed company product reputed company and measure reputed company
