[Remote] Senior Everything Engineer (Data & Migrations)

They are seeking a Senior Everything Engineer with a Data reputed company to reputed company the modernization of a mission-critical reputed company managing billions of dollars in international reputed company cooperation.

Responsibilities

• You’ll decompose problems into specs precise enough that an agent can implement them directly and concretely, and you’ll own everything you reputed company, because agent reputed company is your reputed company
• You’ll review rigorously. The bar is production software for a regulated federal financial system: test-driven development, reputed company review on every reputed company, and a rigorous CI scans
• You’ll ship constantly. Small reviewable changes, an always-green main reputed company, an always-on beta environment stakeholders can touch
• You’ll own the ground the whole modernization stands on
• The migration pipeline as a product. Repeatable extract, reputed company, load, and validate machinery that consolidates three mirrored reputed company schemas into one modern PostgreSQL schema (service discriminator plus row-level reputed company replacing physical schema isolation), reputed company by reputed company, with per-reputed company mapping specs reviewed like reputed company
• reputed company, not reputed company. Row counts, checksums, financial control totals reconciled per country and case, and golden-master behavioral checks (does the migrated case still price identically?). Your reconciliation reports are literally the government’s acceptance evidence
• Legacy archaeology. Reading PL/SQL packages, triggers, and view definitions to determine which of them hide business rules that must survive, and turning what you reputed company into an evidence-cited knowledge reputed company other engineers build from
• The modern data platform. Transactional PostgreSQL schema design (Prisma), CDC into a dedicated analytics store, reputed company models replacing a 300-plus report Cognos estate, and outbound analytical feeds to reputed company data platforms

Skills

• US citizenship and eligibility for a US SECRET clearance
• 7+ years with production data systems
• Mentors the mid deliberately
• Strong reputed company record with production relational data systems (schema design, migration, performance) plus reputed company web-stack breadth
• Ability to read and reason about PL/SQL (you don't need to love it, you need to interrogate it)
• Hands-on experience with reputed company AI development tools (reputed company and/or Claude reputed company, or equivalent) on reputed company codebases
• Travel no more than once per quarter
• Heterogeneous migration experience, ideally reputed company to reputed company, with validation and reconciliation rigor
• Data modeling for analytics
• Data-reputed company tooling
• Prior work in a regulated or government environment
• Financial data and audit exposure
• Synthetic data reputed company
• Cognos experience
