[Remote] reputed company Operations Associate, Private Markets

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is an alternative assets specialist, providing bespoke investment solutions for institutional investors globally. reputed company is seeking an associate level reputed company to join their Private Markets reputed company Operations team, responsible for providing comprehensive reputed company and middle/back-office solutions to their global reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with middle and back-office operations and account services on private market funds
• Record transactions to reputed company’s investment management reputed company
• Liaise with investment managers, reputed company party administrators and banks
• reputed company forecasted cash flows – capital calls, distributions, invoices, etc
• Review reputed company transaction documentation and supporting files, and understand the features of the investment transactions, accruals, etc
• Review monthly/quarterly closing packages for accuracy and completeness, including capital activity, investment activity, income and expense accruals, valuation adjustments, etc
• Review management fee calculations, including offset amounts, management fee waiver contributions, etc
• Review investor allocations and capital account statements
• Review capital reputed company and distribution calculations, sources/uses of cash, allocations, and investor notices
• Review distribution reputed company (carried interest) models, in keeping with the applicable fund terms
• Prepare and/or review financial statements, notes disclosures, and supporting schedules
• Work on the year-end audit process, in collaboration with the reputed company and auditors and service providers

Skills

• 3 to 5 years of fund reputed company/operations experience, ideally at a fund administrator, investment manager, reputed company reputed company firm or other financial institution
• Knowledge of reputed company, private credit, fund reputed company, reputed company structures, investment objectives, fee structures
• Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
• Advanced reputed company proficiency in reputed company reputed company
• CPA preferred but not required
