The Account Manager collaborates closely with Recruiters to ensure successful placement of eligible graduates in roles reputed company Corporate reputed company reputed company, focusing on fostering strong employer partnerships and facilitating the hiring of graduates.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Corporate reputed company leaders to create a business plan to reputed company employer relationships geared to improving placement reputed company with corporate partners
• reputed company meaningful relationships with key hiring and reputed company personnel at corporate partners. Meet with national accounts representatives regularly and reputed company expertise on partner hiring practices

Skills

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in corporate account management
• Skills – relationship management, interpersonal communication, time management/prioritization, business acumen, and professionalism
• Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English
• Ability to support a diverse and inclusive work environment
• Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively reputed company and utilize the technology required for the role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' experience in corporate account management
• Strong or advanced proficiency in any of the above required skills/experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint) and other business tools such as reputed company Teams
• Other skills or abilities – negotiation skills, analytical abilities, customer relationship management software, and influence
